I'm Saiyam Kumar Patel. I've been cutting video for four years.

I'm a video editor and filmmaker based in Calgary, Alberta - obsessed with pacing, rhythm and the small cuts that make a story land. Over the last four years I've edited everything from cinematic brand films and short documentaries to long-form YouTube and short-form social content - shipping more than 120 projects for brands, creators and agencies across Canada.

My toolkit is DaVinci Resolve for color and finishing, Premiere Pro for fast turnaround edits, and After Effects for motion and titles. I care about the edit as much as the grade - every shot earning its place.
