I'm Saiyam Kumar Patel. I've been cutting video for four years.

I'm a video editor and filmmaker based in Calgary, Alberta - obsessed with pacing, rhythm and the small cuts that make a story land. Over the last four years I've edited everything from cinematic brand films and short documentaries to long-form YouTube and short-form social content.

My toolkit is DaVinci Resolve for color and finishing, Premiere Pro for fast turnaround edits, and After Effects for motion and titles. I care about the edit as much as the grade - every shot earning its place.
